The Sixteenth George Rudé seminar in French history and civilisation will be hosted by the Centre for the History of European Discourses at the University of Queensland from July 9th-11th 2008.
The third day of the conference will be a specialised thematic seminar on gender and sexuality in the politics of nation, race and identity.
We welcome papers on all aspects of French and Francophone history.
