"Gilman’s Use of Genre"
The Charlotte Perkins Gilman Society is seeking papers that concern
Gilman's relationship to genre. We welcome papers that deal with her use of any non-fictional and fictional genres, including letters, autobiography, social studies, and short stories in order to consider the ways in which Gilman made use of various generic conventions throughout her career.

"Charlotte Perkins Gilman and the Public Sphere"
The Charlotte Perkins Gilman Society is seeking papers that address
Gilman's relationship to the public sphere. Papers might consider
Gilman's journalistic endeavors, her relationships with contemporary public figures, her nativism, or her negotiations with the literary marketplace.
