Proposals are being sought for a panel on transatlantic eighteenth-century passages for the 39th Annual CEA Conference in St. Louis, Missouri (March 27-29, 2008).
Papers that consider literary "passages" (liminal zones, migrations, transatlantic encounters, entries/exits, and more metaphoric passages) in eighteenth-century literature are most welcome, as are proposals that consider frequently marginalized or understudied texts.
