This forum will explore the global contexts of contemporary sculptural practice, with artists originally from Cuba, China, India, Japan and Nigeria giving short presentations about their work. This will be a unique opportunity to hear why artists from across the world continue to find sculpture a relevant language, and how its international currency is shaped through origin, migration, and international circumstance. Participating artists include: Abel Barroso, Maria Magdalena Campos Pons, Dilomprizulike, Subodh Gupta, Huang Yong Ping and Mamiko Otsubo.
Organised by the Henry Moore Institute with iniva, London.
