Women often have untapped and unrecognized yet extensive strengths as leaders. They also share specific challenges. This interactive program offers an opportunity to learn tools and techniques to navigate, thrive, and stay several steps ahead in the current business environment. Gain powerful insights from key thought leaders, including C-suite women, corporate officers and trailblazing entrepreneurs across a range of sectors. Participants will be encouraged to bring in case studies based on their current or past leadership experience. Also included will be optional individual “laser” (as in quick and focused) coaching to deepen the learning process and define an action plan. This 2-day program offers an opportunity to learn about three key aspects of leadership tailored for women: 1) the internal aspects, including identifying and articulating your value to stakeholders; 2) the external aspects, including communication, team building, asking for help, and managing your time; and 3) taking it home, including transforming your vision into action.
