The Southeastern Society of Architectural Historians 25th Anniversary Conference and Annual Meeting will be held Oct. 24-27 in Nashville, Tennessee. The conference will consist of paper sessions, a plenary session, and walking tours on Thursday and Friday. On Thursday evening, Dr. Kenneth Jackson will deliver the keynote address as part of the Chancellor's Lecture Series at Vanderbilt University. The SESAH board business lunch, an awards ceremony, and evening reception will be held on Friday. Tours of the Tennessee State Capitol and the Parthenon will be offered, as well as an optional study tour on Saturday. Conference co-hosts are The Hermitage, Home of President Andrew Jackson and the Metropolitan (Nashville) Historical Commission; partners and sponsors include Vanderbilt University, Nashville Convention and Visitors Bureau, Tennessee Historical Commission, Nashville Civic Design Center, Nashville Public Library, City of Franklin, and Home and Garden Television.
