I have agreed to be editor for 10th Power Media Corp's new e-magazine entitled http://womenmotorcyclistsmonthly.com/ and this magazine needs content from the women who ride. Possible topics include but are not limited to:
• Your first ride
• Your first accident
• The joy of riding
• What it's like to be a woman rider
• What you thought about your first bike
• How you feel about stereotypes people have of women motorcyclist
• Racing, either your love of watching or of participating
• The groups you belong to
• Safety issues
• To wear a helmet or not to wear a helmet
• Anything.
Submission guidelines are for articles between 800 – 1000 words, but longer articles can be serialized. What this e-magazine needs to make it top notch is good writing about being a woman motorcyclists. This will also be a good place to showcase any groups in which you might be involved. The magazine also needs pictures and lots of them. Just be
sure to identify the who's and the where's so the readers will know. All authors and photographers retain their own copyrights to their work and will be given by-lines.
So how bout it women motorcyclists? Let's really let the world know what it is like to be a woman motorcyclists. The current content on the website is just filler until I can get some submissions to the publisher. Let all of your women motorcyclists friends know and let's make it happen.
