Contributors are sought for an edited volume on Communalism and Globalisation in South Asia. The book is the product of a year-long seminar series held at Trinity College Dublin in 2005-6 and contributors include some of the most prominent scholars in the field working on issues pertaining to communalism in India and Pakistan and among the Indian and Pakistani diasporas.
In an effort to broaden the geographical scope of the volume we are seeking additional contributions from scholars who work on Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, although we would be interested in hearing from scholars who work on any part of South Asia whose work engages with the relationship between communalism and globalisation.
