The Conference "European Culture" is a International Congress. Proposals for papers are welcome. Presented papers are reviewed for publication.

Plenary Sesions: “THE EUROPEAN LEGACY” .
The IX Conference has confirmed the presence of four experts from outside Europe but who have strong bonds with this continent. They are: Prof. Dr. Bichara Khader (Palestina)from University of Lovaina; Prof. Dr. Raj Issar (India) from American University of Paris; Prof. Dr. Glenn Olsen from University of Utah; Prof. Dr. Ezra Talmor (Israel)Founder and President of ISSEI and editor of "The European Legacy".

Plus, there is a special, and most of all different, Cultural Programme. It is called "In and around Pamplona" and will develop activities in new architectural spaces of Pamplona. Among many other events, there will be a new experiment called "Voices of Europe" in which the participants in the Conference will collaborate.
