One-day annual conference of the West of England and South Wales Women's History Network, to be held at the University of the West of England, Bristol, UK. Plenary speaker will be Raingard Esser (U. of the West of England),'Out of sight and on the margins? Migrant Women in Early Modern Europe'. Key themes: religion and exile; politics and diplomacy; refugee voices, experience and memory; political intervention and organisation; new communities and identities.
