Proposals for papers are invited on any aspect of the history of charity, voluntary organisations and volunteering.
The Voluntary Action History Society aims to advance the historical understanding and analysis of voluntary action and is a network of academics, postgraduate students and practitioners. Our Third International Research Conference will be held at the University of Liverpool, UK, 16-18 July 2008.
Abstracts of 250 words should be sent to Georgina Brewis or to Dr. Pat Starkey by 1 December 2007.
