SHFG 2007 annual conference will be held 8 March 2007, 8:30am to 5:30pm, at the National Archives, College Park, MD. Sessions include "Federal History and the war in Iraq," "Federal History and the U.S. Congress: the African American Experience," "Presenting Federal History to a broad public," "Federal History and the Intelligence Community," "Federal History under contract," "Preserving Federal History," and "Careers in Federal History." Registration fee for the conference is $50 ($60 for non-member, $40 for student), which includes admission to the Awards Luncheon.
