The History Graduate Student Association and the Miller Center for Historical Studies at the University of Maryland invite you to attend the Second Annual Graduate Student Conference on Friday, 9 February 2007 at our College Park campus. Graduate students from across the United States will be presenting their work, and Roy Rosenzweig, the Founder and Director of the Center for History and New Media at George Mason University, will provide the keynote address. No registration is required, and refreshments will be provided. The conference is a single-day event, to occur between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. (see the associated link for a detailed schedule). The University of Maryland, College Park, is located in the northeastern suburbs of Washington, DC. It is accessible by METRO and MARC train, and university shuttles operate between the College Park Metro station and the Stamp Student Union on campus.
