We would be happy to receive your contributions for our new thematic almanac “Classical Russia. 1700-1825” devoted to Russian “long eighteenth century”. The editor is Elena Marassinova (Russian Academy of sciences), the publisher is Charles Schlackes (California). The first issue of the almanac has been published in 2006 and devoted to the historiography. The second issue will include the first publication of the archive’s source “The instructions of the Russian court of the middle of the 18th century” and some articles on the cultural and social history of Russian court life. We are happy to invite participation in the international project.
The articles (required: 24-50 typewritten pages) on the history of Russian 18th century court in Russian, English, German and French should arrive by 31 May 2007.
