The 46th annual Florida Conference of Historians will be held March 15th -18th, 2007 in Orlando, Florida. We welcome single papers and whole panels in any field of history. We welcome papers from college faculty, high school teachers, and graduate and undergraduate students from anywhere in the world. The keynote speaker will be Jack E. Davis, Professor of Florida and Environmental History at University of Florida. The conference will be held at the Walt Disney World Grosvenor Resort. Mention Florida Conference of Historians to get the group rate of $119 plus tax per night. Interested participants should send 100-150 word abstract -Deadline is Jan 22nd.
