This is the final call for papers for the DANGO project's forthcoming conference 'NGO: Non-Governmental Organisations and Politics in Britain since 1945', to be held in Birmingham in July 2007. The conference will examine the socio-political role of NGOs in Britain since the Second World War, contributing to setting the agenda for this emerging area of contemporary history.
