Hortulus is an interdisciplinary, peer-reviewed, Web-based journal devoted to the literatures and cultures of the medieval world. Published electronically once a year, its mission is to present a forum in which graduate students from around the globe may share their ideas.
We are currently accepting submissions for our next issue, which will be devoted to the topic of time. The paper that best addresses the theme of Time with the most thought-provoking argument will earn its author a cash prize of $250. Send papers electronically to submit@hortulus.net. All submissions are due by November 30, 2006.
