“Mind & its World”
March 24 – Apr 1
Nalanda West, Seattle, WA
For the first time Nitartha Institute will be offering its foundational first session in an intensive 9 day format. Based on the valid cognition teachings as presented in Kagyu lineage of Tibetan Buddhism, the focus of this program is a close and thorough examination of mind itself, its different classifications and functions, its ways of knowing phenomena and the classifications and nature of those phenomena--mind's objects. This material will be supplemented with hands-on experiential tools covered through exercises in clear thinking and analytical meditation. This is an essential foundation for understanding and progressing along the path of meditation.
