Deadline for submission of papers for the conference is March 1, 2007. Priority will be given to proposals that focus on innovative and evidence-based practices designed to ensure quality services to children/youth with challenging behaviors. Special considerations will be given to proposals that demonstate effective strategies designed to meet the academic and emotional needs of diverse populations. This will include: data-based instructional decision-making, outcomes of educational reforms, differentiating curriculum/instruction within general education settings, teaching academics, meeting mental health needs of children/youth, implementation of systems of care, collaborative systems and implementation of effective services in alternative settings.
