This is a conference ot explore how religion is shaping the future and how current situations are shping the role and perspective of religion. The confernce will open with a Keynote address by Dr. Charles Kimball (author of "When Religion Becomes Evil") followed by a day of multiple presentations on a variety of conference theme perpsectives (e.g. religion and social policy; religion and scientific inquiry etc.) The final day will be a plenary session with Dr. Gregory Baum Canada's foremost theologian and ecumenist. The confernce will be held May 16-18, 2007 at the campuses of Assumption University and the University of Windsor in Winsor Ontario. Confernce costs (not including housing) $250 CAN.
