The conference theme: The Future of Religion may be interpreted to allow for different disciplines and perpectivess including: religion and social policy; religion, law and politcs; religion and education; religion and scientific inquiry; religion,peace and human development; religion and popular culture. Abstracts should be no more than 200 words. Notification of acceptance will be given by January 15, 2007. Criteria used by the planning committee in selecting papers include: appropriateness to the conference theme; educational and scholarly value; and potential for interest. Confernce sessions will be 60 minutes long 45 minutes for presentation 15 minutes for questions. Papers should be approximately 15 pages in length.
