For the Annual Conference of the Oral History Association of the Mid-Atlantic Region (OHMAR) to be held on Saturday March 3, 2007, at Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland.

The theme for this year’s conference is "Voices of the Chesapeake." OHMAR is especially interested in receiving proposals for presentations about Oral History projects documenting various aspects of life around the Chesapeake region. Individual proposals or proposals for whole panels are invited. Please submit a one-page paper abstract and a short vita for each presenter to program chairs Harriet Lynn, hlynn@umbc.edu, and Lisa Crawley, crawley@maamc.org, on or before December 1, 2006. Feel free to contact the program chairs with questions about potential submissions.
