The Italian student movement of the late 1960s, like its global counterparts, challenged professors, parents, priests and politicians but was there a true revolution? This session invites presenters to offer answers from the fields of history, the social sciences, literary and cultural studies.
Deadline for paper proposals is December 1, 2006. The panel will be part of the American Association for Italian Studies Annual Conference to be held May 3-6, 2007. The conference will be hosted by Colorado College at the foot of the Rocky Mountains.
