Panel organizers for the 2007 SHEAR Conference in Worcester, MA scheduled for July 19-22, invite proposals for papers dealing with any aspect of Federalists/Federalism on the national or state level. The panel is focusing on Massachusetts Federalists and re-examining Federalism and the Federal Party's organization and influence from 1790 to 1820. Papers examining the post-Hartford Convention years are especially welcome. Please send a CV (two-page maximum) and one-page proposal describing paper, sources, and project significance to: Thomas E.
