You are invited to participate in the annual meeting of the Southwestern Historical Association to be held at the Hyatt Regency and Doubletree Hotels in Albuquerque, N.M., 14-17 March 2007.
The Southwestern Social Science Association is the nation’s oldest interdisciplinary association.
Proposals for individual papers or complete sessions in any area of history are welcome from faculty, public historians, independent scholars, and graduate students. Proposals should include your name, institutional affiliation (if any), address, telephone, fax number or e-mail and a brief abstract (100-200 words) describing your paper. We can arrange for screens or overhead projectors, but cannot provide other media technologies. Equipment needs must be indicated by the 31 October deadline.
Send the proposals to the appropriate program coordinators. Session chairs and discussants are also needed.
