Cardozo Law Review and the Burns Center will be hosting conference at Cardozo on George Fletcher's forthcoming book, The Grammar of Criminal Law. The dates are November 5 and 6, 2006.
The Grammar of Criminal Law is the book that began as a new edition of Rethinking Criminal Law, and it constitutes a major statement in the theory of punishment and comparative criminal law. We've lined up a fabulous group from here and abroad to discuss the book, including John Gardner, Albin Eser, Kai Ambos, Stephen Morse, and Meir Dan-Cohen.
