New Mandala, a new website hosted by the Australian National University's Research School of Pacific and Asian Studies, is regularly updated with analysis of current issues in mainland Southeast Asia. Drawing on the strengths of two Southeast Asia specialists, and a growing pool of commentators and contributors, it aims to stimulate broader academic discussion of Southeast Asia's many social, political, environmental and economic issues.
