The Saskatchewan Institute of Public Policy is currently
seeking papers for publication in its Public Policy Papers
series. Through this series the Institute aims to inform
the debate on public policy and encourage discussion by
undertaking and distributing timely research on issues of
concern to Canadians. Since the launch of this series in
February 2001, the number of publications produced annually
has increased from four or five per year to ten. Past
publications can be viewed on SIPP's website at
www.uregina.ca/sipp.
SIPP is interested in publishing papers on a wide range
of subject areas, including:
- social policy;
- health;
- economic policy;
- governance;
- Aboriginal policy; and
- public administration.
Policy papers of 6,000 to 12,000 words (20-40 pages, double
spaced) should address contemporary public policy issues and
must meet the standards of university-level scholarship and
include proper documentation. All submissions are subjected
to a double-blind review process before publication and
must be submitted electronically in Microsoft Word format.
SIPP Public Policy Papers reach a national audience and
are distributed throughout the policy community to
practitioners, government employees, academics and the SIPP
membership.
Please direct paper proposals, draft papers or questions
regarding public policy papers to SIPP at sipp@uregina.ca
or call (306) 585-5863.
