The European History Section of the Southern Historical Association invites proposals for individual papers and complete panels for presentation at its annual meeting in Richmond, Virginia, October 31 to November 3, 2007. Papers on any aspect of European history are welcome, and presenters may include graduate students as well as faculty members. A panel should consist of two or three papers, a commentator, and a chair. Proposals are due by October 1, 2006. Panel and paper submission is electronic.
