As the start of the academic year approaches for many of you, I'd like to offer a reminder that H-NET's links to online book vendors are a free way for students and faculty to support H-NET when they make online purchases that begin with a click at the vendor's link at H-Net Reviews. Like many nonprofits H-NET participates in the Partner Programs of Amazon.com, Amazon.de, Amazon.ca, bn.com (Barnes & Noble), and Powells.com. There are several ways to do this, at no additional cost for the book:
click on the vendor link http://www.h-net.org/reviews, search for and purchase a book.
or
click on the vendor link as above, locate the book, and paste the final URL into your syllabus or an email to students for them to use in completing the sale.
or
if the book has been reviewed by H-Net, locate the review and click on the vendor link at the review page to go directly to that book.
H-NET receives a royalty for every completed purchase.
