Dairy Technology Society ofIndia will organise an International
Conference on Traditional Dairy Foods at the National Dairy Research
Institute, Karnal India from 14-17 November, 2007.

The proposed International Conference will focus on the current trends in traditional dairy products from technological, chemical, microbiological and engineering perspectives, besides strategies to promote export potential and product diversification.
