This announcement is the final reminder for the RMIHC's call for papers, due June 30.
The history graduate students of the University of Colorado at Boulder invite fellow graduate students in history and related academic fields to submit proposals for papers to present at the seventh annual Rocky Mountain Interdisciplinary Conference (RMIHC), September 22–23, 2006, on the Boulder campus. Its interdisciplinary nature provides an outstanding opportunity for students to engage in cross-disciplinary dialogue and to network with fellow graduate students from across the country. The principle goal of the conference is to provide graduate students with the opportunity to present their original work among their peers and gain positive feedback from their peers.
Please submit a one-page abstract of the paper and a current c.v. The abstract should clearly express an original argument rooted in extensive primary source research. Ideally, the paper will fill a void in the historical record. Please email your abstract and c.v. to: rmihc@colorado.edu, or send by mail to: RMIHC, University of Colorado, Dept. of History, Hellems 204, UCB 234, Boulder, CO 80309-0234.
