This takes place in Cheju Island, South Korea 9-11 November 2006.

The event brings together academic R&D and industrialists to explore solutions to real world problems. It covers a wide number of topics, Hybrid Information Technology, because it aims to achieve innovation through interdisciplinary interaction.

The keynote speakers are world class and the facilities are exceptional (please check the conference centre and conference hotel, etc.) and the location is a beautiful resort ideally located to attract researchers from this region: Korea, Japan, China, India.

Paper submission is now open and there are a number of choices for proceedings and post conference publication as journal paper. Proceedings are published by the IEEE Computer Society.
