International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) would like to facilitate exchange and dissemination of thoughts and findings rooted in Islamic principles, philosophy, ethics, and thoughts germane to the management of organizations.
The sub-themes of the conference include:
Paradigms and Issues: Paradigms, basic issues, guiding principles, and research guidelines in management from Islamic perspectives
Methodology: Methodological issues in academic research, action research, among others, in the area of management from Islamic perspectives
Empiricism: Empirical findings in managing from Islamic perspectives
Applications and Practices: Applications of the concepts and principles of management from Islamic perspectives.
