Looking for presenters for a proposed panel on new approaches to security studies for the ISA-Northeast conference in Boston, MA 11-13 November, 2006. So far, we have papers on security as rules, on terrorism and the production of insecurity and on change in labelling violent groups as terrorist through time.
We are looking for presenters interested in discussing ways in which security studies, broadly conceptualised, can be researched, ranging from poststructural analysis of security and identities to issues of securitisation.
