Insight Turkey, April-June 2006, Vol.8 Nr.2
Insight Turkey covers a broad range of topics related to Turkish domestic and foreign policy affairs. It particularly aims to provide a forum for informed discussion on Turkey's relationship to its adjacent regions such as the Middle East, the Caucasus, the Balkans and Europe. We invite potential authors to submit opinion pieces, policy recommendations or analytical pieces for the April-June 2006 (Vol 8 Nr 2) issue. We also publish book reviews. We are particularly interested in articles in the

EU Enlargement
Turkey and Cyprus
Turkish-German/French/Italian relations
Turkish-Iranian relations: A Nuclear Iran?
The EU as a security umbrella and the CFSP
European public opinion vis-a-vis Turkish membership

Energy security issues (Diversification, dependence etc)
Iraq, Kurds and the politics of the Middle East

The Armenian Issue
We also invite Turkish domestic politics content with this issue. Please feel free to contact the editor to propose any potential paper that deals with Turkish domestic politics.
The deadline for article submission is June 20, 2006.
We welcome unsolicited manuscripts and article proposals. The easiest mode of communication is electronic mail. Insight Turkey intends to present original thinking by knowledgeable observers both from Turkey and abroad,
written in English that is easily read by professionals and a general audience.
