Title: Beginning Hindi at Harvard Summer School

Description: CAMBRIDGE, MA -- The Harvard Summer School invites visiting students to enroll in Beginning Hindi, taught by Dr. Naseem A. Hines of Harvard University. This intensive course includes conventional instruction supplemented by Hindi songs from contemporary Indian cinema or Bollywood. This first year Hindi course has no prerequisites and no entrance requirements.
Dr. Naseem Hines is a preceptor in Urdu-Hindi at Harvard University. Her scholarly articles, fiction and poetry have been published in several anthologies and her work and travel experience have afforded her a deep insight into the literature, art, music, and cultures of the world.
Each year, Harvard Summer School offers open admission in hundreds of courses. Its international student body has access to a distinguished faculty, well-equipped labs, and the largest university library system in the world.
