NeoAmericanist is pleased to announce the release of the second edition of its publication. You can see this latest edition at:

In this issue we feature an interview with Open Access guru and Professor Peter Suber; We explore with Jeremy T. Hockett & photos by Laura Jackett the cultural and academic implications of fringe festivals like the Burningman Festival; Plus, three new student essays, book reviews and more.
