The graduate students of the Department of History at the University of Colorado at Boulder are pleased to announce the Call for Papers for the 2006 Rocky Mountain Interdisciplinary History Conference. This academic conference provides a congenial atmosphere in which graduate students may present papers, network with fellow students, gain experience in public speaking, and attend workshops specifically tailored to graduate student interests. If you are working on an interesting project that deals with a historical topic, this conference provides an excellent opportunity to share your work!
Please submit a one-page abstract of the paper and a current c.v. The abstract should clearly express an original argument rooted in extensive primary source research. Ideally, the paper will fill a void in the historical record. Please email your abstract and c.v. to: rmihc@colorado.edu, or send by mail to: RMIHC, University of Colorado, Dept. of History, Hellems 204, UCB 234, Boulder, CO 80309-0234.
