We are glad to announce our Second Latin American and the Caribbean Graduate Student Conference, organized by the Latin American Studies Center and sponsored by the Nathan and Jeanette Miller Center for Historical Studies, the Department of History, and the International Activity Fund-Office of International Programs, University of Maryland - College Park.

The conference will be held on Thursday 4 and Friday 5, 2006 at the St. Mary's Hall – Multipurpose Room.
