We are seeking a third paper for a panel on grasslands for the ESEH Conference in Amsterdam in June 2007 to complement papers by Geoff Cunfer on the American Prairies and David Moon on the Russian steppes. Our papers will focus on such issues as agriculture, land use and environmental change in the 19th and 20th centuries.
