Join us for a discussion on the current state of film and media methodologies. Questions posed: how do we define, understand, or identify film and media scholarship? what forms do they take? are the 'old school' methods losing favor or regaining ground in transformed ways? what distinctions are to be made, methodologically, between film and media studies? do such distinctions exist?
Workshop panel:
William Boddy, Baruch College, Moderator
Alison Griffiths, Baruch College
Heather Hendershot, Queens College
Ivone Margulies, Hunter College
Nicole Fleetwood, Rutgers University
