Klaus Schwabe, professor emeritus at the Technical University of Aachen (Germany) and one of the leading German experts on American foreign policy, will discuss the problem of "nation-building" in American foreign policy, based on his new book, "Superpower and World Order: American Foreign Policy from 1898 to the Present, a Hundred-Year History (2006).
