Recently, I was asked to serve as editor for Facts on File’s Encyclopedia of US Latino/a History project. My co-editor in this endeavor will be Dr. Ana Luisa Martinez of the University of Texas at Permian Basin. We both expect this undertaking to be a landmark set, a definitive reference that will endure for many years.
With this goal in mind, we are presently making our second call for contributors. Please pass this information along to colleagues and graduate students who may be interested. Please contact us and we will be happy to forward a copy of the term list. Contributors will be compensated at the rate of two cents per word.
Once we have settled upon the terms that each individual will do, we will email you a copy of the contributor’s agreement and a style sheet.
We look forward to working with you.
