The Department of History University of Ibadan is pleased to announce the above conference in honour of Prof. Obaro Ikime, a leading Nigerian historian and doyen of the Ibadan School of History who turns 70 years in December 2006. The venue of the conference will be at the Conference Centre, University of Ibadan,Ibadan , Nigeria.Date is between the 16th- 18th of Jan. 2007.
