St Antony's International Review (STAIR) is a new peer-reviewed, academic journal established by graduate members of St Antony's College at the University of Oxford. It is published bi-annually and features articles on international affairs. STAIR promotes accessible, cross-disciplinary dialogue on global issues of contemporary relevance, and seeks to provide a forum in
which emerging scholars can publish their work alongside established academics and policymakers. Past issues have addressed international cooperation and human security. The third edition of STAIR, to be published in the spring of 2006, focuses on the politics of oil. Past contributors include:
-Sadako Ogata, Former UN High Commissioner for Refugees
-Neil MacFarlane, Lester B. Pearson Professor of International Relations at the University of Oxford
-Edward Newman, Academic Programme Officer and Director of Studies on Conflict and Security at the United Nations University, Tokyo
STAIR is seeking scholars and graduate students willing to serve as anonymous peer reviewers.
