Women‘s Role in the Development of Emerging Countries
Dairy productions of Mediterranean Countries, celebrates the fifth edition, that will take place to the Donnafugata Castle from the 27th of June to the 2nd of July.
The main purpose is the valorization of Production System and of the Dairy and Agricultural food Products of Mediterranean countries. Not only products but the man that produces them, which harmonizes and dominates the natural biodiversity factors tied to the production territory. The territory with its tradition, the usages and customs, the landscapes, its rural architecture, in synthesis its reception. So the Renaissance of Territory through the Renaissance of Taste.
CoRFiLaC after researches and analyses, has decided that the main characters of Cheese Art 2006 will be “Women, Youth and Old people“.
