The Southwestern Historical Quarterly, now in its 109th year of publication, is updating its book reviewer database. The Quarterly publishes approximately 100 reviews every year on subjects touching on all aspects of Texas and Southwestern history, as well as important topics in Mexican and U.S. Southern, Western, and national history. Individuals such as academic historians, advanced graduate students, and avocational historians with a publication record who wish to be considered for book review assignments should fill out the on-line reviewer questionnaire at the Web site listed in this message. The Quarterly does not generally accept request to review specific books.
