FINAL CALL FOR PAPERS [Dead-line 13 March 2006]

We will notify all presenters if their presentations have been accepted by 31 March 2006 and will expect a final commitment to attend by 30 April 2006 after which a final programme will be published.
CPNS will not be able to financially support any presenter. Registration will be free but travel, accommodation and meals will be for your own account. Final costs will be published on our website by end March 2006. Costs for meals and accommodation (***) to be in the region of 300-400 Euro. Transport from George airport will be provided free of charge. 20minute drive to Mossel Bay.
Comprehensive, post-conference proceedings will be published. We are currently negotiating with Portuguese telecom (PT) for live, simultaneous internet transmission of the conference.
Please supply us with a short CV and abstract (approx 200words) of your proposed topic. Due to the large number of presenters expected we will have to limit the length of presentations to 30 minutes. Should you need more time please indicate such and we will try and accommodate your needs. Only single, powerpoint presentation facilities will be available.
