The 19th European Conference on Modern South Asian Studies is being organised from 27 June through 30 June 2006 by International Institute of Asian Studies (IIAS) and European Associstion for South Asian Studies (EASAS). The conference held after every two years is the largest gathering of South Asia oriented researches in Eurpe covering all fields from the humanitities and social sciences to technology, natrural sciences and medicine. Deadline for sending in paper abstarct is 1 March 2006.
